Returning your watch

The quickest way to return your watch is to use the form below. Simply enter your Order Number followed by your email address or phone number. Returns are free of charge by Royal Mail.

Please return your watch, unused and in original condition (including all labels and tags intact) within 28 days, and we'll send you a refund, as long as your returned item meets our terms and conditions.
