For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

WatchPilot Guarantee

For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.
