The watch is 100% automatic, no battery is involved.
The Powermatic 80 range from Tissot has a staggering 80 hour power reserve when fully wound (wearing for around 12 hours should do this) which is more than 3 days. Many automatics only last 24 - 36 hours on their power reserve.
