How to adjust this kind of watch

Hi,

This watch has a chronograph (stopwatch) function and therefore has 3 buttons on the side.

The centre, ridged button (the crown) is used to set the date and time and has 2 stages to it. Pull out gently and feel a very slight click. This now means you can set the date by turning the crown until the date window shows the right date. Pull it gently again, and you are setting the hands. Never take them back through the 12 mark as this can affect/damage the date change mechanism. Push it all the way back in to the case when you have finished.

The middle, red tipped, long hand is for the stop watch. When you press the top right button it will start ticking. Press it again and it stops. When stopped, press the bottom right button and it should return to Zero (12) the top left sub dial measures minutes (up to 30) when the stopwatch function is started. The bottom sub dial measures hours (up to 12) The right hand side sub dial is the second hand for the watch, this should tick continuously whether the stopwatch is working or not.
