Shipping policy

All orders over £60 are shipped FREE using DPD 2 Day Service as standard. Because we know your order is important to you, Next Day Delivery or Saturday Delivery can be purchased at the shipping page if you want to upgrade your delivery service.  When you receive your shipping email from DPD, you will know your order has been collected from us and is on its way. This will have your unique tracking number on it.

On delivery day, you will receive a further e mail from DPD advising you of an approximate 1 hour delivery time slot. We won't deliver to your next door neighbour if you're out and we won't leave it near your door or in a "safe place" either. To keep your order safe, we'll deliver to your delivery address only. If we are unable to deliver your parcel, DPD will send it back to us for security reasons due to the high value of the contents. If this happens, we will be in touch to re arrange delivery for you.


Free Delivery On All UK Orders Over £60

We will dispatch your order same day if placed before 1pm UK time for next day delivery service. All orders placed on Friday (after 1pm) and over the weekend will be dispatched Monday for delivery.  


International Orders

International orders can be processed online and paid either via Paypal or with Visa, MasterCard, or American Express. International shipping charges will be calculated during checkout.

International orders outside of the European Union may be subject to customs duty and tax regulations specified by the designated country and are the sole responsibility of the customer. You may contact your local customs office for details. 


Bank Holiday Deliveries 

Over bank holidays our distribution centre dispatches orders as normal but our Couriers do not deliver on the Bank Holiday. We ask that you allow extra time for delivery when placing you order around Bank Holidays. Our normal services resume the next working day. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Delivery Delays

We always endeavour to deliver your order on time. In exceptional circumstances such as adverse weather, or severe road network issues we may experience delays. We politely point out that in such circumstances, we cannot take responsibility for any impact such delays may have.


Lost Packages

For peace of mind all our orders are dispatched using a secure tracked service with the correct insurance cover for losses or any damages. On rare occasions we may experience losses whilst in transit.  Please get in touch with our customer service team with your original order number if you think this may be the case with your purchase and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
