While we make every effort to describe all our watches as accurately as possible, we accept that occasionally not all items received are as you expected.
If you wish to return your item please contact us either via email at contact@watchpilot.com or via our live chat requesting a refund or exchange. Please also include a copy of your invoice or packing slip and advise us the reason for the return whether it's a refund or exchange etc.
Return postage is at the buyers expense.
Return postage is free if exchanging (1 time limit) or in case of a fault with the product. It's recommended that you contact us so we can immediately put aside your newly desired watch if you are looking to exchange it.
