For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.

This watch, the Orient Star RE-AV0005L00B, is really unique. The watch itself comes first. Since it is an Orient Star, the case, movement, and workmanship are all excellent, and features like sapphire glass (with an AR coating) and a premium leather strap are included as standard. The hand-windable Orient in-house F6F44 movement has an open heart at nine o'clock, a power reserve indicator at twelve, a tiny second hand at six, and a power reserve indicator at two. This aperture in the stunning deep blue dial allows you to see the automatic movement in motion. The power reserve of this most recent generation movement is 50 hours as opposed to 40 hours like its predecessors.
