For brands we are official stockists for we offer a manufacturers warranty typically for 1, 2, or 3 years. Please refer to your warranty booklet for detailed information on what your warranty covers. If the watch develops a fault within the warranty period you should send it directly to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. Please note you will have to cover postage fees for the repair for which we recommend using a tracked service. Please note 'warranty exclusions' below for defects not typically covered under manufacturer warranty.

For brands we are third party stockists for we offer our own standard 2 year warranty unless otherwise stated on the timepiece. During this warranty period if your watch develops a fault you may return it to us for either repair, replacement, or a full refund. If the watch develops a fault within 30 days from your date of order we will cover the postage costs. If the fault occurs after 30 days it's the customers responsibility to cover the postage fees. We advise using a trackable service for returning all watches. Please note repairs generally take between 7-14 working days.

U-Boat is an Italian watch brand based in Tuscany. Designed by Italo Fontana, these unique remarkable timepieces combine the finest Italian craftsmanship with the designer’s exceptional vision. Inspired by the atmosphere and landscape of the region, each watch has a similar distinct tone making it stand out from the rest. Through its Doppiotempo collection, the brand is urging us to learn to savour every minute of every day. Core features of the Doppiotempo Collection: A double crown is placed on the left-hand side. One for each timezone. The model features a bi-directional internal bezel. The bezel has markings at 30-minute intervals that synchronize with the additional hand to display the second time zone. Water-resistant up to 10 bars or 100 meters. Model Specifications: 9016/MT Made of stainless steel, the case measures 43 mm in diameter. The sapphire crystal on the exhibition case back shows the mechanism off. The dial is protected by an ultra-curved anti-reflective sapphire crystal. The black dial is contrasted by white indices and hour-markers. The hands and hour-markers are luminescent. Functions on the model include hour, minute, seconds, a chronograph, a date aperture, a 24 hour indicator and an additional central hand for the second time zone. The bracelet of the model is made of stainless steel. Movement type - Automatic with a 44-hour power reserve, 26 jewels and a frequency of 28,800 A/h.
